Terms and Conditions:
 
WARRANTY:  Markers Inc. warrants that MarkSmart products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Products thought to be defective must be returned to the factory for final determination  The Company will repair or replace product(s) if defective.  The Company does not warrant against normal wear, abuse, vandalism, etc.
 
RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND CLAIMS:  No returns will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER issued by the Comapny prior to the return.  Any merchandise returned for any reason other than defective materials or workmanship will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  All returns and claims for shortage of goods of defective products must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
