- WHO CAN FUNDRAISE

Any group is welcome to raise funds with Flags for Fundraising’s American Flag Fundraiser! In our past years, we have previously found great success with groups such as Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, VFW, Boy and Girl Scouts, volunteer charity organizations, sports programs, school bands, Fraternity of Eagles, Moose and Elk Lodges, etc.

- determine your fundraising goal before beginning your campaign
- determine total profit goal and make adjustments accordingly throughout the campaign
- determine upfront costs and verify that funds are available
- identify the leader(s) of your Fundraising with Flags initiative
- leader should be available throughout duration of the entire fundraiser
- leader should possess great communication and organizational skills
- ORGANIZE YOUR FUNDRAISING TEAMS

It is of utmost importance to organize a Planning Committee consisting of:
- Chairperson
- selling team (corporate and individual)
- budget and fund collections team
- flagpole installation and dismantling team
- promotional/advertising/social media team
- event committee (if needed)

Secure a viable location that will be able to accommodate the number of flags you expect to display. We recommend flags be set 5’ apart (minimally). Find an area location with space will allow your program to grown.
