Frequently asked questions on shipping:

How fast can you ship my order?

We ship via UPS , Fedex ground or Fedex home delivery.  We ship  every day M-F (holidays excluded).  Items that are in stock will ship within 3 business days of receipt of your  order and credit card approval.   Ground shipments may take 5-7 days  from coast to coast (some products offered may be shipped from regional distribution centers).   If you are in need of expedited shipping please contact us at (866) 617-6275 to discuss the options that are available and any additional shipping charge that may apply.

Due to the seasonality of some of our products, items may not always be in stock.  If you place an order for an item that is not in stock we will advise you via email, if you do not respond we will try calling you at the phone number provided on your order.  We will advise you of the anticipated date the item is expected to be back in stock.  From there you will need to advise us if you would like to place the item on hold and ship when available or if you would like us to cancel that item.

Important:  It is our every intention to ship your order as explained  above.  However, mistakes in shipping beyond our control  happen from time to time.  In the event of a delayed, damaged or lost shipment we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund.   Replacement orders will be shipping using the shipping method selected on the original order.  For example, if you order and request ground shipping, the replacement order will also be sent ground.  Therefore, we ask that you place your order in plenty of time to accommodate such eventualities.

Order confirmation: Please be sure to enter a valid email address when ordering.  Our shopping cart will email you an order confirmation immediately upon  completion of your order.  If you do not receive such confirmation please contact us.  

Tracking:  If you wish for us to send you tracking information on your order please note that request in the special instructions  box on the order form.

Note:  Saturday and Sunday are not regular UPS or Fedex delivery days  and should not be considered as such when calculating time in transit. For example, a Next Day Air order made on a Friday will arrive the  following Monday, not on Saturday.  This applies to holidays as well.

Can I use a P.O. Box for a shipping address?

 We request that you use physical addresses only for ship to locations.

How can I calculate shipping costs for the items I wish to order?

Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart.  When you are ready to check out enter your zip code and state, our shipping calculator will advise you of the shipping charge.  Note:  Your order will not be processed until your payment information is entered and submitted.  You can exit the shopping cart at any time without  committing to an order.  Please note that if you have a discount code for shipping that discount will not reflect in the shipping calculator; it will not appear until the discount code is entered right before payment method request. 

Why will the shopping cart not allow me to select a shipping method?

Our website offers ground service only; if you require expedited  shipping you must call us at (866) 617-6275 to discuss shipping options and additional shipping charges.

Special shipping: 

Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian & International orders: Standard shipping is calculated for the 48 contiguous states only.  For others other than that please call (440) 933-5927 E.S.T for assistance.

LTL Shipments:

Markers, Inc. has negotiated discounts with various freight carriers and will attempt to get you the best rate possible.  Some large or heavy products require shipment by LTL Common Carrier.  Generally, LTL shipments must be delivered to a commercial location with a Shipping/Receiving dock.  If you require additional services  such as residential delivery, lift gate, or prior notification, please be sure to inform us - additional charges will apply.
