We ship via UPS , Fedex ground or Fedex home delivery. We ship every day M-F (holidays excluded). Items that are in stock will ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order and credit card approval. Ground shipments may take 5-7 days from coast to coast (some products offered may be shipped from regional distribution centers). Due to the seasonality of some of our products, items may not always be in stock. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock we will advise you via email, if you do not respond we will try calling you at the phone number provided on your order. We will advise you of the anticipated date the item is expected to be back in stock. From there you will need to advise us if you would like to place the item on hold and ship when available or if you would like us to cancel that item.
Important: It is our every intention to ship your order as explained above. However, mistakes in shipping beyond our control happen from time to time. In the event of a delayed, damaged or lost shipment we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund. Replacement orders will be shipping using the shipping method selected on the original order. For example, if you order and request ground shipping, the replacement order will also be sent ground. Therefore, we ask that you place your order in plenty of time to accommodate such eventualities.
Order confirmation: Please be sure to enter a valid email address when ordering. Our shopping cart will email you an order confirmation immediately upon completion of your order. If you do not receive such confirmation please contact us.
Tracking: If you wish for us to send you tracking information on your order please note that request in the special instructions box on the order form.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are not regular UPS or Fedex delivery days and should not be considered as such when calculating time in transit. For example, a Next Day Air order made on a Friday will arrive the following Monday, not on Saturday. This applies to holidays as well.
